By accessing or using the Fooav Wallet mobile application, web dashboard, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Fooav Wallet provides personal finance management, budget planning, expense tracking, and debt logging tools. The service is provided to help users organize their financial records and analyze their personal budgets.

Disclaimer: Fooav Wallet is a budgeting and tracking tool. It is NOT a bank, financial institution, or investment advisor. The insights, reports, and calculations generated by the app are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account by providing an email address and creating a secure password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities and logs that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the financial transactions, categories, budgets, and other data you enter into the service ("User Content"). • Attempting to interfere with, hack, compromise, or disrupt the security or integrity of our servers or database services.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing any proprietary codebase or visual interface of Fooav Wallet.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or script scripts designed to disrupt service performance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Fooav Wallet service, including the application code, visual interfaces, designs, logo brandings, graphics, and underlying software infrastructure are the exclusive property of FOOAV and its licensors.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fooav Wallet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FOOAV and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial funds arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

These Terms of Service and your relationship with Fooav Wallet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
